Your deposit, backed by sealed photos
When you move in, photograph what is already damaged. We seal the time and a fingerprint of every photo, and your landlord gets a link to confirm it. No account.

What it proves and what it does not
It shows that these exact photos existed at the time shown, that they were sent to your landlord and what they answered. Anyone can check a photo is the original: change a single pixel and the fingerprint no longer matches.
It does not prove what a photo shows or where it was taken. It is supporting evidence, not legal advice.
Questions
Does it cost anything?
Taking the photos, sealing them and sending the link to your landlord is free.
Where do my photos go?
The originals stay on your phone. Our server only receives a small thumbnail with no location data, the note and the fingerprint of each photo.
What if I am already moving out?
Choose "I am moving out and have no move-in photos": you record how you leave the place, dated, before you hand back the keys.
Who can see the record?
Only people with the link. The public page shows times and fingerprints, no photos.
Can I delete it?
Yes, with your private link, at any time. Otherwise it deletes itself after 3 years.
